Na een zeer geslaagde editie 10 maart j.l., is het de hoogste tijd om de vernieuwers en grootste beloften voor 2008 van deze twee enorm populaire stromingen een groot podium te bieden.
Binnen de hardstyle kan niemand om DJ Zany heen. Zijn Fusion-label is toonaangevend in de mondiale hardstyle-scene en wordt geroemd vanwege zijn vooruitstrevende karakter. Ook DJ Isaac is één van de grote helden: zijn sets en producties worden elke keer weer met open armen ontvangen. Daarnaast zullen de Italiaanse hardstyle-goeroes Activator en Daniele Mondello het hoofdpodium van de legendarische North Sea Venue beklimmen. En on top of it all zullen Scantraxx-kopstuk Headhunterz en de grote ontdekkingen van 2007 act de presence geven: niemand minder dan D-Block & S-Te-Fan en de aanstormende live-act Noisecontrollers! Deze area wordt gehost door MC BGS, die met haar unieke sound de avond een geheel eigen sfeer kan geven.
De tweede zaal is gereserveerd voor de keiharde en duistere klanken uit de donkerste kant van de techno: hardtechno is dé upcoming sound van 2007 en zal ook op deze tweede editie van RESET meer dan uitstekend vertegenwoordigd zijn. Wat heet, met de absolute vaandeldragers Amok, Robert Natus, Viper XXL, de Belgische Sandy Warez en grote publieksfavoriet Frank Kvitta.

So Frank, how are you doing? What have you been up to recently?
I’m doing fine, thx. Hope u all too. At the moment I’m really busy with my new labels Unknown Power and Frank Kvitta Records and preparing a new live act for next year.
What do you think of the spectacular increase of interest in hardtechno last years?
It’s really great that there are so many people that understand and love our music. Without them we would be nobody. It’s a great feeling that there are so many people that share the love to our sound and party with us.
What attracts you to hardtechno?
It’s the powerful sound, the rolling bass and the pumping beats that make my ass shake to it and my brain making me feel in love to it 🙂
What do you think of the Dutch crowd?
The Dutch crowd is one of the best, always nice people in good moods and the great atmosphere…
At Nature One, you also played quite unexpected at the Neetjur Wan-camping party. Is that something that’s in your character, that spontaneous feeling?
I’m really a spontaneous person. And I’m always there for my fans. And I’m not a person that thinks that I’m something special. I’m just a regular guy, doing music, and why not play for “us” on a camp village party.
You are well-known for your energetic sets. What can we expect from you at RESET?
Of course an energetic set, loaded with a lot of new stuff…. 🙂
Are there any new releases coming up for the near future?
Yeah, the Frank Kvitta Rec.01 with Robert Natus and me is coming in 2 weeks, a record on Proud records, Kne´deep records, a remix on Abschuss records and many more…
